Built on Leadership Kicks Off 2024 Cohorts
How Is Morgan Corp Empowering Its Future Leaders?
In 2024, Morgan Corp. will continue to invest in future leaders through the Built On Leadership program. This professional development opportunity is designed to empower individuals at various stages of their careers to build leadership skills to be applied to their work and personal lives.
“These leaders are the future of Morgan Corp., and by pairing our Social Contract with leadership skill-building, we can agree that the future leaders of Morgan Corp. will be confident throughout their careers,” shared President Jay Lynch*.
Two of the three annual cohorts began their Built On Leadership program in February: Keystone and Emerging Leaders.
The Keystone Leaders are individuals who demonstrate important characteristics including: holding significant influence, demonstrating a Field First mentality, leading by example, treating challenges as opportunities, and connecting with and caring for our people.
