Morgan Corp. is always looking for good people, and you can help through our employee referral program!

If you know someone who would be a good addition to the Morgan Corp. team with the right qualifications, you may receive an award if you refer them for employment and they are hired.

Management Referrals: $1,000 after 30 days.
Craft Referrals: $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, and $500 after 180 days.
Please note: The company reserves the right to change referral amounts and timelines based on site needs and labor market conditions. All referral bonuses are taxable income.

Guidelines

1. Referral Eligibility: Morgan Corp. employees (except Vice President level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates) are eligible to refer candidates.
2. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 60 days of the initial referral date.
3. The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Morgan Corp. Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of Morgan Corp. are not eligible candidates for referral awards.
4. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Human Resources and must include the Employee Referral Form.
5. The referring employee must agree to have his/her name used for introduction.
6. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
7. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Morgan Corp. policies and procedures.
9. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
10. The referring employee must still be employed by Morgan Corp. at each of the payment increments to receive payment.
11. Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
12. All referral bonus payments will be paid within 15 days of each passing milestone
