Built On Leadership Inaugural Dinner

Congratulations to the inaugural Built on Leadership Program, Class of 2023, as they kick off their summer session.

These thirteen employees were nominated by their divisions based on demonstration leadership capabilities and their commitment to professional development.

Over the next few months, participants will attend sessions guided by proven leaders from Morgan and several partner organizations.

Professional Development Manager Molly Moyer has developed a leadership curriculum which will serve employees as they build their career.

“It has been a dream of our executive leadership to create a program supporting the professional development of our employees and providing leadership skills for emerging leaders,” said President Jay Lynch. “We look forward to seeing them grow as leaders both in the company and in their communities.”
