Since its inception in June 2020, the Raleigh division has played a pivotal role in Morgan Corp.’s strategic expansion, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth. Established to broaden our service footprint, the division was founded with a clear objective: to increase capacity and grow in capability to deliver superior service to clients across eastern North Carolina and Virginia. This geographic and operational expansion has allowed us to better meet the evolving needs of our clients, reinforce our presence in key markets, and support the company’s overall growth trajectory. Since its inception, the division has consistently delivered added value through operational excellence and regional responsiveness—solidifying its role as a critical component of Morgan Corp.’s mission and long-term vision.

Justin graduated from NC State with a B.S. in Construction Engineering and Management and a minor in Economics. He then started with us in 2009 as a project engineer, feeling that Morgan Corp. was a great opportunity for him to learn and grow with great people – and this feeling still holds true!

In 2020, Justin and his family moved to Raleigh, NC to open Morgan Corp.’s newest office, and he also inherently stepped into the role of Raleigh Division Manager.  He has played a crucial role in not only growing the division’s work, but also the team which has been the most exciting and rewarding part of his adventure thus far. He leads his team with the mentality of putting the field first and doing what he can to support them and their needs. Justin now serves as the Vice President – Raleigh Division. He recently completed his MBA at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with the goal of continuing to grow as a leader for those around him. Justin attributes all of the division’s success to his team, not himself. Morgan Corp. is a great place to build a career if you want to work hard and do the right thing.
