Morgan Corp. has long prioritized ongoing training and continuous learning for our employees. Caterpillar is a long-term partner of our organization both for our equipment division and for our internal training efforts. Each year, we send groups of employees to equipment training classes at CAT Edwards Demonstration and Learning Center in Peoria, Illinois. This allows our employees to learn from the best equipment trainers in the world about different machine types and operating best practices.
