CAT Machine Application Performance Seminar
Our team recently attended the final 2022 CAT Edwards training class to close out another successful year of continued education.
Eleven employees completed the Machine Application Performance Seminar, also known as MAPS, which is designed to help leaders manage the productivity and proficiency by which people are operating equipment. One of the benefits of the CAT Edwards facility is their indoor practice arena that is available when the weather takes a turn in the winter months.
While many of our week-long CAT trainings typically focus on heavy equipment operators and specific machinery, this MAPS class provides a holistic overview of equipment best practices and the construction process.
Congratulations to the following employees for successfully completing training:
Adam Messel, Project Administrator
Jamie Steinmeyer, Learning and Development Manager
John O’Neil, Sr. Superintendent
